Welcome to PCRMs

The PCRMs (predicted cis-regulatory modules) database holds de novo predicted CRMs and TFBSs (transcription factor binding sites) in genomes of human and important model organisms. The CRMs and constituent TFBSs were predicted by integrating all available TF ChIP-seq datasets from cell/tissue types of the organisim using the dePCRM2 algorithm.

Functions

  • Browse Database:browse and visualize CRMs and consitituent TFBSs.
  • Functional Analysis:search (1) the closest CRM of a gene, (2) CRMs in a given genome range around a gene, and (3) TFBSs in CRMs for a given TF.
  • Download:download all predicted CRMs and constituent TFBSs in an organism.
