The human map (version 2) contains 1,426,947 CRMs and 95,717,222 TFBSs (or 35,852,741 non-overlapping TFBS islands), predicted using 11,348 TF ChIP-seq datasets
The moue map (version 2) contains 912,197 CRMs and 125,113,756 TFBSs (or 38,554,729 non-overlapping TFBS islands), predicted using 9,060 TF ChIP-seq datasets. The coordinates were liftover from GRCm38/mm10 to GRCm39/mm39

The first version of the PCRMs database was released. The database contained 1) a map (version 1) of 1,404,973 CRMs and 90,671,016 TFBSs in the human genome, predicted using 6,092 TF ChIP-seq datasets; and 2) a map (version 1) of 920,068 CRMs and 104,251,155 TFBSs in the mouse genome, predicted using 4,786TF ChIP-seq datasets.
The paper describing a new algorithm for de novo predicting CRMs and constitute TFBSs was accepted by NAR genomics and bioinformatics.
